PRE ORDERS

Please note if you order includes an item that is labelled "Pre-Order", your entire order will be shipped once the pre-ordered item has arrived. 

We would recommend making a separate order, if you would like non pre-order items to be shipped straight away.

UK EVRI STANDARD SHIPPING

Standard delivery operates weekdays Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders take approximately 3 - 7 working days to arrive.

UK EVRI EXPRESS SHIPPING

Express delivery operates weekdays Monday - Friday, excluding bank holidays.  Orders take approximately 1 - 3 working days.

Please note Express Shipping is only available at certain times of the year.

*Free express shipping is available for all orders over £100.00. This only applies to orders that will be shipped to England, Scotland or Wales. 

PARCEL FORCE INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

All international orders are delivered by Parcel Force. Orders take approximately 3 - 14 business days to arrive. However if you select Express International Delivery, your order will approximately take 2 - 5 business days to arrive. 

Please note that we are not responsible for any custom charges you may incur.

ORDERS OVER £100.00*

All orders over £100.00 will be sent via Evri. Please expect your order within 1 - 2 working days. Please note this offer only applies to orders delivered within the United Kingdom. This offer does not apply worldwide. Evri delays may apply.

 

NEXT DAY DELIVERY

In order to qualify for Next Day Delivery, your order must be placed before 14:00 GMT Monday - Thursday.

If you would like your order in time for Saturday, please select the Saturday Delivery option at checkout.

If your order is placed after 14:00 GMT on a Thursday, it will be delivered the following Monday. If your order is placed between Friday - Saturday before 14:00 GMT, please expect it on the following Monday. If your order is placed on Sunday before 14:00 GMT, please expect it on the following Tuesday.

SATURDAY DELIVERY BEFORE 1PM BST

In order to qualify for Saturday Delivery, you must place your order before 14:00 GMT Friday. Your order will be delivered before 13:00 GMT on Saturday.

DELIVERY SERVICE

All of our deliveries are handled by Evri or Royal Mail. Once we hand your parcel over, the courier is responsible for your package.

Reliability is key, which is why we use a tracked delivery service for all orders. You will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. 

Please make sure you or someone you know will be present at the delivery address to accept your delivery. Please don’t refuse a delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries may incur a cost of the original delivery plus the return cost. Any refund made will be minus the total delivery and return cost in the case of refused deliveries.
